Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All content, features, and functionality of SuperTrader are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any trading data you upload to the platform.

SuperTrader is a journaling and analytics tool only. We do not provide financial advice, and nothing in our service should be construed as investment recommendations. Trading involves significant risk, and you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperTrader shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
