At SuperTrader, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days, contact us and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

17-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with SuperTrader within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund — no questions asked. • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date • This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days • The guarantee is voided if a broker account is connected (see section 2)

2Broker Sync Exception

If you connect a broker account to sync your trades, the 7-day money-back guarantee is immediately voided. This is because: • Broker API connections incur immediate third-party costs • Trade data is processed and stored upon connection • The service has been substantially used once broker sync is activated We recommend exploring SuperTrader's features with manual CSV trade entry before connecting your broker if you're uncertain about your commitment.

3Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation: • You retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period • No further charges will be made to your payment method • Your data is retained for 30 days after account closure, then permanently deleted • Partial refunds for unused time are not provided after the 7-day guarantee period

4Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, the 7-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. After this period: • You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals • Access continues until the end of the annual billing period • Pro-rated refunds are not available for annual plans after the guarantee period expires

5How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the guarantee period: 1. Email us at support@supertrader.com 2. Use the subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]" 3. Include your account email and the reason for the refund request 4. Our team will process your request within 2 business days We will never fight a refund request made within the guarantee period.

6Exceptions

Refunds may not be available in the following cases: • Violations of our Terms of Service • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple refund requests across accounts) • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first (this may result in account termination) If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, contact us at support@supertrader.com and we will work with you to find a fair outcome.
