7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with SuperTrader within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can request a full refund.
• The refund request must be made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
• This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
Broker Sync Exception
Important: If you connect a broker account to sync your trades, the 7-day money-back guarantee is immediately voided. This is because:
• Broker API connections incur immediate third-party costs
• Trade data is processed and stored upon connection
• The service has been substantially used once broker sync is activated
We recommend exploring SuperTrader's features with manual trade entry before connecting your broker if you're unsure about your commitment.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made to your payment method
• Partial refunds for unused time are not provided after the 7-day guarantee period
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, the 7-day money-back guarantee still applies. After this period:
• You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals
• Access continues until the end of the annual billing period
• Pro-rated refunds are not available for annual plans after the guarantee period
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the guarantee period:
1. Email us at support@supertrader.com
2. Include your account email and the reason for the refund request
3. Our team will process your request within 2 business days
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases:
• Violations of our Terms of Service
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple refund requests)
• Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
